Key job responsibilities
- Padronizar e automatizar processos de planejamento de transporte, utilizando ferramentas avançadas de produtividade e análise (Excel e ferramentas de IA como o Amazon Quick).
- Identificar oportunidades de otimização da rede de transportes, mantendo-a clean, eficiente e confiável.
- Extrair e reportar dados de múltiplas bases, além de conduzir análises e relatórios conforme necessário.
- Estruturar requisitos de negócio e funcionais para os times de tecnologia da Amazon responsáveis por criar e aprimorar sistemas e ferramentas.
- Monitorar continuamente métricas e processos-chave, antecipando desvios e propondo planos de ação.

A day in the life
Como Network Planning Analyst, você será responsável por analisar e reportar métricas diárias, semanais e mensais. Trabalhará em conjunto com parceiros de negócio para conduzir análises de variação, definir metas e otimizar processos para melhorar os KPIs da operação. A posição também participará do desenvolvimento e execução de novas iniciativas de transporte, voltadas a aumentar a eficiência geral e atender à crescente demanda por capacidade.

Basic qualifications

- Bacharelado (ou equivalente) em Administração, Operações, Logística, Supply Chain, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência em manipulação de grandes volumes de dados e consolidação em métricas.
- Domínio avançado de Excel, incluindo VBA/macros, Power Query, etc.
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de IA aplicadas à produtividade e análise de dados (ex.: Amazon Quick).
- Comunicação clara e capacidade de transformar dados em insights objetivos para tomada de decisão.

Preferred qualifications

- Experiência em monitoramento de processos e métricas, com forte capacidade de resolução de problemas (problem solving).
- Conhecimento de SQL e/ou bancos de dados (Access, Redshift ou similares) para extração autônoma de dados.
- Experiência prévia em logística, transportes, last mile ou planejamento de rede.
- Capacidade de automatizar relatórios e processos recorrentes, reduzindo esforço manual.
- Perfil self-starter, com autonomia e disposição para assumir escopo crescente.
