Deine Aufgaben:

Verwaltung der Aktenerstellung und aller Dienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit Spedition und Logistik
Unterstützung beim Kunden-Onboarding. Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb, um alle notwendigen Dokumente und Infos für das SOP bereitzustellen
Prüfung aller eingehenden Dokumente, Rechnungsstellung an den Kunden sowie Vorbereitung & Durchführung des Monatsabschlusses
Unterstützung der Kunden bei ihren täglichen Anfragen, um eine reibungslose Abwicklung der Transportkette sicherzustellen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern & Reedereien, um maßgeschneiderte Lösungen (Kapazität und Kosten) für die jeweilige Anfrage anbieten zu können
Schnelles und kundenorientiertes Handeln um eventuell auftretende Probleme zu lösen

Deine Qualifikationen:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Lieferkette, Spedition oder einem ähnlichen Berufsfeld
Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Speditionsbranche mit Schwerpunkt auf Seefracht
Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben zu priorisieren und verschiedene Fristen einzuhalten
Gute Computerkenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Starke analytische/organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein Auge fürs Detail
Hervorragende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
