Amazonのラストマイル配送拠点（デリバリーステーション）において、拠点運営を支えるアドミニストレーション業務全般を担います。アソシエイトの勤怠管理、人材派遣会社との調整、拠点の各種データ管理・レポーティング、備品や設備の管理、拠点イベントの運営などを通じて、現場マネージャーがオペレーションに集中できる環境を構築します。定型業務の自動化・効率化を企画・推進し、拠点全体の生産性向上に貢献するポジションです。

具体的には以下のような業務を遂行していただきます。
1. 勤怠・労務アドミニストレーション
・アソシエイトの勤怠管理、タイムカードの確認・修正対応
・勤怠実績ファイルの作成およびデータ精度の担保
・勤怠の記録整備、関連SIMの起票・処理

2. 人材派遣会社との連携
・派遣アソシエイトの人員要請、出勤状況の確認・調整
・派遣会社との日次・週次コミュニケーション、実績データの突合

3. データ管理・レポーティング
・拠点の各種オペレーションデータの集計・可視化・定期レポート作成
・テンプレート・Rawデータの一元管理とデータ品質の維持

4. 拠点アドミニストレーション
・備品・消耗品の発注および在庫管理
・社内便、名刺発注、駐車場管理の運営
・来訪者・VIP対応、拠点見学の調整
・拠点イベント（Engagement活動）の企画・運営および予算管理
・新規拠点立ち上げ（Site Launch）時のアドミ業務構築支援

15:00-17:00 各種業務支援作業
17:00-18:00 各拠点や3PL様向けへの連絡

Basic qualifications

- 高校卒業以上
- 3年以上のバックオフィス、総務、人事アシスタント、データ管理等の実務経験
- Microsoft Excelの実務レベルのスキル（関数、ピボットテーブル、データ集計）
- 日本語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話）

Preferred qualifications

- 物流・配送・製造等のオペレーション現場でのアドミニストレーション経験
- 勤怠管理システム（MyTime／Kronos等）の運用経験
- 人材派遣会社との折衝・調整経験
- Excel VBA、Python、SQL等による業務自動化・データ処理の経験
- 大量データの集計・分析およびレポーティング経験
- 多様なバックグラウンドのメンバーと協働した経験
- 正確性と期限を両立させ、複数業務を並行して遂行できる遂行力
- 英語：読み書きができるレベル（社内資料・システムが英語の場合あり）
