This Position reports to:

Operations Manager

Tasks and responsibilities:

The role of the operation assistant is to take responsibility for supporting operation manager from Automobile Unit regarding the assist work for business operation, the functions and main responsibilities are included:

To work in accordance with ABB Policy and Guidelines.
To assist Operations Manager with business data analysis
Visual dashboard development
Deliver actionable recommendations for workflow optimization
To take responsibility for the other task assigned by the line manager.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree or Master's student (currently studying) in business、financial、data analytics or other relevant major
Good spoken and written English.
Power Bi, Python and Microsoft office proficient, for Excel, Word, Power point, etc.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with good teamwork spirit.
Relevant internship experience is a plus
Be familiar with SAP system is prefer.
Be willing to learn new things
