JOUW ROL
Voor onze Area Mid-Brabant zijn wij op zoek naar een Operations Excellence Manager. In deze functie ben je onderdeel van het Area Managementteam. Je ondersteunt het management, de leidinggevenden en medewerkers binnen onze regio met
Change (Culture) Management, LEAN tools, Engineering Projecten, Veiligheids beleid, WMS vraagstukken en draagt bij aan het Kwaliteit en Milieu beleid. Jij gaat het beleid voor Operations Excellence opstellen, borgen en zorgt dat je deze afstemt met leidinggevenden en de verschillende afdelingen binnen de Area.
WAT GA JE DOEN?
Je komt in een dynamische en sterk groeiende omgeving te werken. In deze rol rapporteer je aan de Area Manager en schakel je veel met centrale staffuncties. Binnen jouw team stuur je de Engineering Lead, QESH/LEAN Lead en het WMS team aan.
Uiteraard bewaak je de resultaten en voortgang. Waar nodig corrigeer je afwijkingen. Daarnaast zul je je focussen op de volgende taken:
- ontwikkelen en implementeren van verbeterprogramma’s conform geldende procedures en standaard en begeleiden en uitvoeren van assessments en (ISO) audits;
- het inspireren en motiveren van de Area om de LEAN cultuur verder te onwikkelen;
- drijven van innovaties in de area;
- operationele resultaten meten, analyseren en rapporteren;
- het pro-actief signaleren en melden van mogelijkheden tot procesverbetering en ontwikkelen;
- opvolgen en monitoren van lopende Kaizens en Engineering Projecten.
WAAR ZIJN WE NAAR OP ZOEK?
Voor de functie Operations Excellence manager zoeken wij kandidaten die voldoen aan het volgende profiel. Je bezit uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden, bent in staat een team te bouwen en aan te sturen. Daarnaast ben je een zelfstarter die streeft naar een optimaal resultaat, bezit je sterke communicatievaardigheden op alle niveaus binnen een organisatie, presentatietechnieken. Tevens heb je:
- een afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding (Logistics, Supply Chain of Technische Bedrijfskunde);
- ruime ervaring in LEAN warehousing (Black belt);
- sterke project management ervaring;
- ervaring met SLA’s en KPI’s gedreven werken;
- ervaring met het plannen en managen van budgetten;
- affiniteit met IT/WMS systemen.
