Für einen unserer größten Standorte suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungskraft mit Hands-on-Mentalität und unternehmerischem Denken. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle steuerst du einen großen operativen Bereich, entwickelst Führungskräfte und Teams weiter und bist wichtiger Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Management. Eine spannende Herausforderung mit viel Eigenverantwortung und sichtbarem Impact.
Deine Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für einen operativen Bereich mit bis zu 250 Mitarbeitenden
- Führung und Entwicklung von Teamleitern, Schichtleitern und operativen Teams
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Produktivität, Budget- und Kundenzielen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden sowie professionelle Steuerung von Eskalationen
- Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen im laufenden Betrieb
- Umsetzung von Verbesserungs- und Change-Projekten am Standort
Dein Profil
- Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, Studium von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in Produktion, Industrie oder Logistik in der Leitung größerer Teams und operativer Bereiche (mind. 50 Mitarbeiter)
- Souveränes Auftreten in Kunden- und Mitarbeitergesprächen
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, klare Entscheidungen und hohe Eigenverantwortung
- Deutsch fließend (mind. C1), Englisch auf sicherem beruflichem Niveau (mind. B2)
Sonstiges
- Attraktives Gehalt von ca. 6.000 € bis 6.300 € brutto pro Monat plus Firmenwagen zur Privatnutzung
- Verantwortung für einen der größten operativen Bereiche im DP World Netzwerk mit direktem Einfluss auf Qualität, Produktivität und Kundenzufriedenheit
- Großer Gestaltungsspielraum, kurze Entscheidungswege und die Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen nachhaltig umzusetzen
- Führung einer erfahrenen Mannschaft in einem spannenden Industrie- und Logistikumfeld mit langfristiger Perspektive
- Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit namhaften Kunden wie Salzgitter AG, Bosch und Mannesmann
- 40-Stunden-Woche, 30 Urlaubstage sowie eine strukturierte Einarbeitung durch erfahrene Führungskräfte und die Standortleitung
