Para esta posición es necesario tener disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos que pueden incluir fines de semanas y noches.

Key job responsibilities
- Medir y supervisar los flujos de trabajo, controlar la productividad en el centro y proporcionar información clave sobre los turnos a los/las responsables de primera línea para garantizar la excelencia operativa.
- Brindar apoyo y formar al personal para que pueda prestar un gran servicio y supervisarlo en sus tareas diarias.
- Apoyar al/a la responsable de área con proyectos destinados a mejorar procesos, crear un entorno de trabajo seguro y aumentar la motivación de los trabajadores.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos en la búsqueda de soluciones a problemas comunes o garantizar el rendimiento en áreas clave.
- Identificar formas de optimizar la seguridad, la calidad y la productividad mediante el análisis de datos.

A day in the life
Como supervisor/a de operaciones tu sitio estará en uno de nuestros centros operativos. Ayudarás a tu responsable de turno/área a ejecutar el plan establecido para cada turno. Para ello, desempeñarás un papel fundamental en las reuniones de equipo celebradas antes de cada turno y supervisarás los procedimientos para asegurarte de que todo el mundo sigue las normas de seguridad, los procesos de calidad y el plan de prioridades de cada día.
Si detectas algún problema, se lo comunicarás a tu superior, pero a veces serás la persona más veterana del turno y el encargado de dar a los demás las instrucciones necesarias para que realicen sus tareas. En otras ocasiones, ayudarás a tu responsable de área a organizar los turnos para garantizar una cobertura de personal suficiente durante las horas punta.

Basic qualifications

- Nivel avanzado de español, tanto oral como escrito (nivel C1 CEFR).
- Experiencia en el empleo del análisis de datos y métricas relacionadas para identificar problemas.
- Experiencia en el manejo de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) en un entorno laboral.

Preferred qualifications

- Experiencia en la gestión de socios empresariales, lo que incluye establecer y mantener relaciones profesionales.
- Experiencia en un entorno operativo, como la logística, el comercio minorista, la hostelería o la atención al cliente.
- Nivel intermedio alto de inglés.
