Buscamos una persona para liderar y coordinar las operaciones diarias de almacén, garantizando una ejecución segura, eficiente y orientada al cliente de las actividades de recepción, gestión de inventario y expedición.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio acordados, impulsar la mejora continua de las operaciones y liderar equipos operativos para alcanzar los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, productividad y rendimiento. Actuará como punto de contacto operativo clave para clientes y colaborará estrechamente con múltiples áreas funcionales para garantizar la continuidad operativa y la resolución efectiva de incidencias.

Se trata de una posición presencial a tiempo completo con trabajo por turnos.

Cómo contribuirás/ How you will contribute

Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones de recepción, almacenamiento y expedición para garantizar un servicio seguro, eficiente y puntual.
Actuar como principal punto de contacto operativo para los clientes, gestionando consultas, incidencias y escalaciones de forma eficaz.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y controles de inventario, incluyendo cuarentenas, regularizaciones, liberación de mercancías, desecho de materiales, consolidaciones y movimientos de stock.
Liderar, apoyar y desarrollar a los Team Leaders y equipos operativos, promoviendo una cultura de colaboración, responsabilidad y mejora continua.
Supervisar los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) relacionados con seguridad, calidad, servicio y productividad, implementando acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.
Impulsar iniciativas Lean y de mejora continua, asegurando la sostenibilidad de los procesos y estándares operativos establecidos.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos QESH, normativas legales, procedimientos de trabajo seguro y estándares de orden y limpieza.
Colaborar con Operaciones, Inventario, Excelencia Operacional, QESH, Compras, Servicios Generales, TI y otras áreas para garantizar la continuidad del negocio.
Asegurar una comunicación efectiva entre turnos y la precisión de los informes operativos para facilitar la toma de decisiones.

Lo que aportarás/ What you will bring

Experiencia en supervisión de operaciones dentro de entornos de logística, almacén o distribución.
Conocimiento práctico de los procesos de recepción, expedición, gestión de inventario y operaciones de almacén.
Experiencia utilizando sistemas de gestión de almacenes (WMS); experiencia con SAP será valorada.
Conocimientos de Microsoft Excel y Microsoft Office para el análisis y seguimiento operativo.
Capacidad para liderar equipos, gestionar recursos y coordinar actividades operativas en entornos dinámicos.
Experiencia en la gestión de relaciones con clientes y cumplimiento de niveles de servicio.
Conocimiento de metodologías Lean, mejora continua y estándares de seguridad operativa.
