Wat ga je doen?

Je staat in voor een tijdige en correcte voorbereiding van de loonadministratie van de havenarbeiders en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige opvolging van extralegale voordelen, zoals maaltijdcheques, groepsverzekering en het fietsleaseplan.
Je ondersteunt de Senior HR Operations Specialist bij diverse administratieve HR-taken, waaronder het controleren van de tikklokregistraties, het verwerken van aanvragen voor tijdskrediet en het registreren van afwezigheden.
Je beantwoordt vragen van medewerkers over hun loon en extralegale voordelen en bent een toegankelijk en betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt
Je beheert en actualiseert personeelsdossiers in de HR- en loonadministratiesystemen en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
Je waakt over de nauwkeurigheid van personeelsgegevens en de naleving van de geldende arbeidswetgeving en het interne bedrijfsbeleid.

Wat breng jij mee?

Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in HR- en loonadministratie en hebt een goede kennis van de arbeidswetgeving en loonregels. Ervaring met Acerta Connect is een pluspunt.
Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, kan meerdere taken tegelijk beheren en beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte aanpak.
Je kan vlot werken met HR-software en loonadministratiesystemen en communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels
