We’re currently looking for Self-Employed Personal Trainers to partner with our Health & Fitness teams across our leisure centres. If you’re Level 3 qualified and looking for a vibrant space to grow your PT business, your next opportunity starts here.

We're currently recruiting across several key leisure centres:

Birmingham, Buckinghamshire, Bisham Abbey, Bangor Aurora, Charnwood, Kent, Tunbridge Wells, Mansfield, Milton Keynes, Nottingham NWSC, South Bucks, Oxford and Shropshire.

What We’re Looking For:

• Have a Level 3 Personal Training qualification.
• Bring enthusiasm, energy, and motivation to every session.
• Thrive on helping clients reach their goals—and celebrate their wins.
• Are passionate about health, fitness, and delivering excellence.
• Are ready to build and grow your own PT business.
• Embrace teamwork and love contributing to a supportive gym environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering exceptional 1-to-1 and small group training.
• Creating a welcoming, positive atmosphere that keeps members coming back.
• Championing Serco’s vision and values in everything you do.
• Working proactively to grow your client base within the facility.
• Supporting the team and maintaining the highest service and compliance standards.
