Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

Unterstützung der Fachabteilung in allen Fragen des Zollrechts, sowie im Tages- und Projektgeschäft
Unterstützung bei der zolltariflichen Einreihung von Waren
Rechnungsprüfung, -kontierung und -freigabe
Mitarbeit bei der Erarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung der Zollprozesse, Unternehmensrichtlinien und Kennzahlensysteme
Umsetzung rechtlicher Anforderungen
Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Durchführung regelmäßiger Schulungs- und Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen und Working Instructions
Unterstützung bei abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten (z.B. IT)
Bewilligungsmanagement
Mitarbeit bei Zollprüfungen
Überwachung der Fristenliste

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen

Eingeschriebener Vollzeitstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich BWL, Rechtswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
Erfahrungen in Supply Chain oder Finanzwesen von Vorteil
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Google Suite Kenntnisse von Vorteil
Verantwortungsbewusste, zielorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikation
