- At least 5 years of industry experience leading end-to-end delivery of data-science solutions using ML, predictive modeling, optimization, NLP, GenAI, or RWD analytics.
- Demonstrated experience defining, validating, deploying, and driving adoption of analytical solutions that inform clinical-development, clinical-operations, or real-world evidence decisions.
- Hands-on experience with structured and unstructured clinical, operational, or RWD data, including multimodal modeling and time-series or simulation methods.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, modern ML, optimization, and LLM-development libraries, and reproducible MLOps practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and technical-leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical development, MedTech, clinical development, or clinical operations.

Questions you could be asked
- How do you monitor a model once it's live, and how do you know it needs retraining?
- What NLP problem have you worked on, and how did you measure whether it actually worked?
- Tell me about a project where data science was part of your work. What did you do?
- Tell me about a project where predictive modeling was part of your work. What did you do?
- Tell me about a project where clinical trials was part of your work. What did you do?
Adapt your resume
- List these exact terms on your resume: ML Ops, NLP, Data Science, Predictive Modeling, and Clinical Trials. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
- Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them. A tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
- Lead with what you built, trained or shipped. This role is judged on the AI system itself, not the tools around it.
