Es por ello, que actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda del mejor talento para cubrir la posición de un(a) Analista de Compras que cumpla el siguiente perfil:

PROPÓSITO DEL PUESTO:

Gestionar oportunamente la adquisición de bienes materiales y prestación de servicios que requieren las áreas funcionales de la institución.

REQUISITOS:

Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería o carreras afines.
Conocimiento de Office Intermedio (Deseable).
Conocimiento de Inglés Intermedio.
Experiencia mínima de dos años en cargos con responsabilidades similares.

PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES:

Elaborar y hacer seguimiento a las órdenes de compra y sus sustentos.
Apoyo en la búsqueda de proveedores locales, que cumplan con nuestros requerimientos (calidad, disponibilidad y precio).
Mantener actualizado la base de datos de los procesos de importaciones.
Solicitar la actualización de datos de los proveedores.
Realizar la reevaluación a los proveedores.
Archivar todos los documentos referentes al área de Compras.
