What you’ll do

Our bank builds simple, accessible and inclusive experiences, and your expertise is key to bringing these to life. You’ll own product design for small to medium‑scale projects, so our outputs align with project objectives, business goals and experience design strategy. You’ll communicate clearly, explain design decisions with confidence, and engage and influence project stakeholders.

You’ll also bring:

  • Demonstrable skills in design thinking, interface design, information architecture and prototyping
  • Experience managing and delivering product design projects at pace using Agile delivery methods
  • Ease in operating in multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with researchers, designers, developers and product managers to ship work that meets objectives
