Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
About the role
Atlas gives teams a way to build and use internal software with AI, with the infrastructure to connect company tools, manage access, and share what they build.
We're hiring a Product Manager to help take Atlas from a new product to something teams rely on every day. You'll identify the most valuable problems to solve, work closely with engineering and design to ship, and figure out what turns early interest into adoption. This role spans product discovery, launch, and the work that comes after: learning from real usage and deciding where to go next.
The product team at WorkOS works closely with developers and technical buyers who have strong opinions and high standards. Our engineers bring sharp product instincts, and you'll be a close partner in deciding what to build and why. You'll have room to shape the product, make decisions with incomplete information, and move quickly as you learn.
What you'll do
Own product direction and outcomes for Atlas, from identifying customer problems through discovery, delivery, launch, and iteration.
Work directly with early users to understand what they're trying to build, where they get stuck, and what would make Atlas useful in their everyday work.
Turn those insights into a clear roadmap, making deliberate choices about which use cases to pursue and what to ship first.
Partner closely with engineering and design to turn technical capabilities into a product people can understand and use.
Define success metrics for activation, adoption, and continued use, and use customer feedback and product data to guide your next decisions.
Work with marketing, sales, and other go-to-market partners to bring Atlas to market and communicate its value clearly.
Follow how people are building with AI and agents, and use what you learn to identify new product opportunities.
What we're looking for
Experience building products for developers or technical B2B users, with the technical fluency to work closely with engineers and understand customer workflows.
A track record of taking a new product from an early idea to launch and adoption. You can explain the decisions you made, what you learned from users, and how the product changed as a result.
Strong product judgment: you can find a useful starting point in an ambiguous problem and decide what matters most.
A habit of talking to customers and using what you learn to shape the product.
The ability to move quickly, make decisions without perfect information, and adjust as new evidence comes in.
Clear communication and strong partnerships with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
Especially relevant experience
Shipping agentic products, or working directly alongside teams building them. Recent experience with how people use agents to get work done is a strong plus.
Bringing a new developer tool or technical B2B product to market and building its early adoption.
Working on pricing, packaging, or a product-led growth motion.

Skills and AI tools this role asks for
Questions you could be asked
- What's a project where you used OpenAI hands-on?
- Walk me through how you've used Perplexity in your day-to-day work.
- What are the limits of Cursor that you've run into, and how did you work around them?
- What's a project where you used Sierra hands-on?
Adapt your resume
- List these exact terms on your resume: OpenAI, Perplexity, Cursor, and Sierra. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
- Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them. A tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
