Your mission as Product Manager:
- Lead global product strategy and go-to-market efforts for our Sentinel software licensing and protection solutions, with a focus on cloud, SaaS, and AI-driven innovation.
- Act as the market voice by gathering insights from customers, partners, and competitors to shape product direction and identify growth opportunities.
- Define product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies, collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption and differentiation.
- Translate market and business needs into a clear product roadmap, working with Product Owners to guide execution and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Drive pricing and packaging strategy in collaboration with Finance and Leadership to maximize revenue, market penetration, and customer value.
We are looking forward to:
- Several years of experience in Service Management and customer-facing IT roles, ideally within a scaled pure SaaS environment.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Proven expertise in one or more of the following areas: cloud infrastructure, SaaS, big data, security & privacy, DevOps, or AI/ML.
- Demonstrated ability to manage SLAs, customer escalations, and crisis situations, with a strong focus on Customer Success and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills in a global environment, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.
