Project Manager

EI-Technologies ARABIA is looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong Business Analysis skills to lead Salesforce CRM implementation projects from initiation through delivery and post-implementation support.

This role requires a hands-on professional who can bridge business requirements and technical execution, manage client expectations, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate combines structured project management capabilities with strong functional expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to build trusted client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce CRM implementation projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain Project Implementation Plans (PIPs), project schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
• Monitor project progress, resource allocation, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and budget utilization.
• Ensure alignment between delivery teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively identify delivery challenges and implement corrective actions to maintain project commitments.

2. Business Analysis & Functional Expertise

• Lead business requirements gathering through client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution requirements.
• Develop process maps, business workflows, and functional documentation.
• Work closely with Salesforce architects, developers, consultants, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
• Validate proposed solutions against business objectives and ensure alignment between requirements, design, development, and testing.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and client sign-off.

3. Scope, Budget & Commercial Management

• Ensure project delivery remains aligned with the agreed Statement of Work (SOW), contractual commitments, and commercial expectations.
• Manage project scope and identify potential scope deviations.
• Evaluate, document, and coordinate Change Requests (CRs), including their impact on timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Monitor project costs, resource utilization, and profitability.
• Escalate commercial and contractual risks and coordinate with management to address them.

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Act as a primary point of contact for project-related matters, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
• Manage client expectations, address concerns, and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential opportunities for account development, additional services, and business growth.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and regular progress reviews.

5. Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
• Ensure clear allocation of responsibilities, deliverables, and priorities.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Work closely with internal management, sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure consistent execution.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience managing end-to-end Salesforce CRM implementation projects.
• Strong hands-on Business Analysis experience within Salesforce or CRM transformation projects.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce functionalities, capabilities, and implementation methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, functional documentation, and user story development.
• Experience managing project budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and commercial commitments.
• Strong knowledge of SOW management, scope control, and Change Request processes.
• Experience managing client relationships and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance strategic project oversight with hands-on functional involvement.

Languages & Location

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• French language proficiency is an advantage.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
