Missão do cargo Representar a Unilever nos pontos de venda, assegurando excelência na execução, disponibilidade dos produtos, correta exposição das marcas e identificação de oportunidades comerciais. Principais Responsabilidades •Abastecer gôndolas, ilhas, pontas de gôndola e pontos extras. •Garantir organização, limpeza e precificação dos produtos. •Executar planogramas e padrões de merchandising da Unilever. •Monitorar e corrigir rupturas (falta de produtos). •Verificar etiquetas de preço e solicitar correções quando necessário. •Realizar pesquisas e coletas de informações via aplicativos corporativos. •Registrar evidências fotográficas das execuções realizadas. •Identificar oportunidades de ganho de espaço e visibilidade para as marcas. •Observar ações da concorrência e reportar informações relevantes. •Construir relacionamento com gerentes, encarregados e equipes das lojas. •Cumprir as normas de Segurança, Saúde e Meio Ambiente (SHE). Conhecimentos Necessários •Regras de SHE (Segurança, Saúde e Meio Ambiente). •Metas e indicadores de execução. •Comportamento do shopper. •Ferramentas de campo (Involves, Trax, Salesforce e demais aplicativos de execução). Habilidades Desejadas •Organização e disciplina. •Agilidade e adaptabilidade. •Comunicação clara. •Negociação no PDV. •Capacidade de observação. •Proatividade para solucionar problemas em loja.
