Job Summary

The Intern/Apprentice supports the One&Only Le Saint Geran's daily operations while gaining practical experience in an ultra-luxury hospitality environment. The role provides exposure to key operational departments chosen while developing professional, technical, and guest service skills. Interns/Apprentices are expected to contribute positively to the guest experience while embracing O&O's values, culture, and service standards.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary, Business, or related academic program.

• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Professional appearance and conduct.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
