The Position
Als Quality Manager (w/m/d) stellst du die Implementierung und Einhaltung globaler Richtlinien, Qualitätsstandards sowie lokaler Gesetze und Vorschriften sicher.
Die Position ist auf die Dauer der Karenz befristet. Die Stelle ist grundsätzlich auf Vollzeit ausgelegt, eine Ausgestaltung in Teilzeit ist bei passenden Rahmenbedingungen jedoch möglich.
Was dich erwartet:
- Integriertes Management System (IMS): In enger Zusammenarbeit mit einer erfahrenen QM-Kollegin betreust du unser lokales IMS und wirkst an dessen kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung mit.
- Normen & Standards: Unser Unternehmen ist nach ISO 13485, EMAS und ISO 27001 zertifiziert. Gemeinsam im Team stellt ihr die Einhaltung dieser Vorgaben sicher. Hast du bisher Erfahrung mit der ISO 9001 gesammelt, bietet dies eine hervorragende Basis für die Einarbeitung in unsere spezifischen Normen.
- Information Compliance: Du verantwortest die systematische Dokumentenlenkung und das Dokumentenmanagement.
- Prozessoptimierung: Du arbeitest an der lokalen Umsetzung und laufenden Verbesserung von divisionalen Qualitätsrichtlinien und -prozessen mit.
Wer du bist:
Für die Funktion als Quality Manager (w/m/d) bringst du idealerweise die folgenden Qualifikationen und Voraussetzungen mit:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium (z. B. im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement, Naturwissenschaften oder Software/IT).
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement sowie fundierte Praxis im Umgang mit Integrierten Management Systemen (IMS), Prozessgestaltung sowie im Bereich Dokumentenlenkung / Information Compliance.
- Kenntnisse der ISO 13485 bzw. zu Medizinprodukten und In-Vitro Diagnostika sind von Vorteil.
- Erfahrung im regulierten Umfeld (wie Medizintechnik oder Gesundheitswesen) ist willkommen, ein Hintergrund aus dem Software-/IT-Qualitätsmanagement ist jedoch ebenso passend.
- Projektmanagement-Erfahrung (Mitarbeit oder Leitung von Projekten).
- Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Teamfähigkeit sowie eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Es erwartet dich ein Jahresgehalt ab € 60.000,00 brutto Vollzeit, sowie ein leistungsorientierter Bonus und attraktive Benefits.
