- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to foster a culture of quality and operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- 6-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, Operational Excellence, Compliance, Auditing, or Continuous Improvement roles.
- Proven experience in conducting audits, managing inspections, and monitoring compliance against organizational standards and requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance measurement, trend analysis, reporting, and root cause analysis.
- Experience in driving corrective actions, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.
- Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Professional certifications such as ISO Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor, Lean, or Six Sigma are advantageous.
