ELSP, (Electrification Smart Power) division of ABB develops and markets innovative solutions for the protection and management of electrical power. The Chassieu plant is a recognized competence center, specialized in the design and production of contactors.

Present on various industrial markets, the site offers essential solutions for the performance and reliability of electrical installations. It brings together complementary expertise, from R&D to production, including support functions.

Drawing on strong international openness, with over 95% of its production destined for export, the site evolves in a dynamic environment, focused on innovation and collaboration with many countries.

Joining Electrification Smart Power in Chassieu, an innovative industrial player with an international focus, means contributing to the development of technological solutions serving industrial performance and energy transition.

Planning and Customer Service Manager M/F

As a Planning and Customer Service Manager, you lead demand forecasting activities, production planning, inventory management, and customer support operations. As a true conductor, you coordinate various stakeholders to ensure a high level of service, optimized resource management, and continuous performance improvement.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive demand forecasting and coordinate the S&OP process to ensure product availability and reliability of production plans.
• Oversee production planning and ensure component supply.
• Define and optimize inventory management strategy to balance financial performance and customer service quality.
• Ensure excellence in customer support operations, from order processing to resolution of requests and disputes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at strengthening process performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, develop, and support a planning team and a customer service team in an international and collaborative environment.

Your Profile

• Higher education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• Significant experience in an international industrial environment.
• Solid expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, S&OP, and inventory management.
• First successful experience in team management.
• Mastery of operational performance indicators and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Fluent English essential to evolve in an international context.
