Role Summary

In your role as Reward Partner, APAC, you will partner with People leaders, HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to deliver effective, competitive and compliant reward solutions across the region. You will translate global reward strategy into locally relevant programmes, provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters, and use data and market insight to support sound people and business decisions. The role will balance regional consistency with local market requirements while strengthening reward governance, operational discipline and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

·   Partner with regional and country People teams, HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand priorities and provide practical, commercially grounded reward advice across APAC.

·   Implement global reward strategy, principles and programmes across APAC, adapting delivery to local legislation, market practice and business context while maintaining regional consistency.

·   Lead and coordinate annual reward cycles, including salary review, incentive processes, pay planning, budgeting, communications and governance.

·   Provide expert guidance on salary positioning, job offers, promotions, retention actions and other pay decisions, partnering with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on complex or out-of-policy cases.

·   Conduct market benchmarking and analyze reward and workforce data to assess competitiveness, identify pay equity risks and anomalies, and recommend updates to salary ranges, allowances and reward practices.

·   Support the review, design and implementation of regional compensation, benefits, sales incentive and commission programmes, ensuring affordability, effectiveness, fairness and alignment with global standards and local market needs.

·   Maintain strong reward governance and compliant programme delivery by partnering with Payroll, Finance, HR Operations, HR Technology, Legal, Tax and external advisers, ensuring decisions are documented, auditable and consistently applied.

·   Support organizational change, workforce planning and restructuring through reward modelling and cost analysis, while simplifying, standardizing and automating regional reward processes, reporting, controls and capability-building materials.

Basic Qualifications

·   Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

·   5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards or a related HR discipline.

·   Experience supporting reward programmes across multiple APAC markets.

·   Experience working with enterprise HR systems and reward or workforce data.

Preferred Qualifications

·   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics or a related discipline.

·   Broad knowledge of compensation principles, market benchmarking, salary structures, annual reward cycles and incentive programmes.

·   Experience interpreting market survey data and translating analysis into practical recommendations for leaders and HR stakeholders.

·   Understanding of APAC employment, pay, tax and benefits considerations, with the judgement to engage specialist advisers where required.

·   Experience in a global, matrixed organization and in balancing global standards with local market requirements.

·   Advanced Excel capability and experience with Workday, Power BI or comparable HR technology and analytics tools.

·   Strong numerical, analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and data integrity.

·   Strong commercial judgement and the ability to assess the employee, financial, regulatory and operational implications of reward decisions.

·   Ability to explain complex reward concepts clearly to non-specialist and senior audiences.

·   Strong consulting, stakeholder management, written communication and presentation skills.

·   Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential employee and compensation information.
