ポジション概要
CSL Japanでは、Sales and Distribution Associate（販売管理担当者）を募集しています。 本ポジションは、SAPおよび関連システムの維持・改善を通じて、受注、出荷、請求業務を支える重要な役割です。
Demand Planning、Logistics Operations、Finance、Business Unit、IT部門および外部パートナーと連携しながら、CSL製品の安定供給と事業継続に貢献していただきます。
主な職務内容
SAP・システム管理
- SAPおよび周辺システムの安定稼働を維持する
- 社内IT部門および外部ベンダーと連携し、システム改善、変更管理、インターフェース管理を推進する
- 受注、出荷、請求に関わる各種ドキュメントの作成および管理を行う
- 業務効率化に向けた継続的な改善活動を推進する
受注・出荷・請求管理
- SAPを使用した受注処理、出荷処理、請求処理を正確かつタイムリーに実施する
- グローバル標準手順に従い、適切に業務を遂行する
- 返品や価格調整に伴う赤伝処理を実施する
- 業務記録の管理および監査対応を行う
マスタデータ管理
- 顧客マスタおよび価格マスタを管理する
- SAPおよび関連システムにおけるデータ品質と整合性を維持する
- グローバル基準に基づくマスタデータ管理を行う
在庫・供給管理
- 卸在庫をモニタリングし、適正在庫の維持に貢献する
- 出荷、販売実績および在庫データを分析し、必要なレポートを提供する
- 限定出荷品目の割付管理および出荷調整を実施する
- 出荷・販売トレンドを分析し、供給リスクを早期に特定する
- Demand Planningの予測精度向上を支援する
クロスファンクショナルな連携
- Logistics Operations、Demand Planning、Finance、Business Unitおよび外部パートナーと連携する
- 販売管理および供給管理業務を通じて事業継続を支援する
- 業務改善プロジェクトやクロスファンクショナルな取り組みに参画する
応募資格・経験
必須要件
- SAPを用いた受注、出荷、請求業務の実務経験（3～5年程度）
- SAPおよび関連システムの開発、改善または運用経験
- SAPおよび関連システムに関する知識
- Microsoft Officeの実務利用経験
- データ分析力および問題解決能力
- クロスファンクショナルな関係者との協業経験
語学力
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル
- 英語： Global Teamとメール、文書、および口頭でコミュニケーションができるレベル
歓迎要件
- 在庫管理、需給計画またはサプライチェーン業務経験
- SAPマスタデータ管理経験
- グローバル企業での業務経験
