In this role, you will be responsible for growing sales of B&R’s next-generation technology, machine connectivity, automation and edge, high-end motion systems, and technology software solutions in the southern region and market. The role demands a mix of sales acumen, technical understanding, and customer engagement.

This role is contributing to the Automation Division-B&R in Bangalore/ Chennai, India. Main stakeholders are Customers (OEMs, system integrators, and end users), channel partners, internal sales/application engineering teams, project execution teams, and business leadership.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Build and maintain good customer and partner relationships to generate opportunities and grow the sales pipeline.
Analyze customer needs and market trends to develop and present tailored techno-commercial solutions.
Handle negotiations and complete successful deal closures to meet business targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Promote B&R technologies through customer engagement, industry events, CRM forecasting, and after-sales growth initiatives.
Qualifications for the role:
5-10 years of experience in industrial automation sales and solution selling.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Extensive experience in automation technologies and application development.
Demonstrated ability in customer engagement, communication, and negotiation.
Experience working with multinational organizations.
Fluent in English and Hindi; regional language proficiency.
