Sales Order Processing Analyst

Dyson Business Services (DBS) organisation provides process and service excellence to support Dyson’s growth ambitions with a goal of innovating and enhancing services over time to meet the changing needs of the business.

Reporting to Sales Order Processing Manager. Sales Order Processing Analyst manages the end-to-end order flow for our customers’ orders.

Sales Order Processing:

• Oversee all aspects of sales order processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of sales orders in the system.
• Coordination with Teams:
  • Liaise with sales representatives, logistics, and local SOP market team to ensure stock availability and delivery schedules are met.
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams and customer to solve issues related to order processing
  • Customer Service:
    • Address customer inquiries and order related issues promptly and professionally.
    • Manage order adjustments, cancellations, and refunds when necessary.
    • Process Optimization:
      • Identify and implement improvements to streamline the order management process.
      • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
      • Reporting & Analytics:
        • Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales order metrics.
        • undefinedRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales order processing, customer operations, or a related role.
        • Fluent in English.
        • Sales order processing of SAP Systems knowledge
        • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
        • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
        • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
        • Have a ‘Can-do’ attitude, highly self-motivated and deadline driven.
        • Comfortable in a multi-cultural work environment and working with virtual teams.
        • Working in a fast-paced team environment with high volume activities and changing priorities.
