Stiamo cercando un/una Sales Specialist per la nostra sede KONE di Torino.

Il Sales Specialist è responsabile della gestione e dello sviluppo commerciale del portafoglio clienti attraverso interazioni da remoto.

Contribuisce alla crescita del business Maintenance garantendo un’eccellente customer experience, qualificando opportunità, supportando i Sales Manager e assicurando l’accuratezza dei dati e dei processi di vendita.

Attività e Responsabilità:

1. Gestione Portafoglio & Interazione con il Cliente:

Gestisce un portafoglio clienti da remoto;
Contatta proattivamente i clienti per proposta prodotti di manutenzione e servizi digitali;
Garantisce soddisfazione e Retention Clienti;
Scala casi complessi a RVZ (opportunità MOD) e Sales Manager;

Collabora con supervisori, tecnici, Sales Manager e Team Credito.

2. Vendita da Remoto & Sviluppo Opportunità:

Gestisce efficacemente lead assegnati;
Crea opportunità per il Service Business;
Prepara offerte utilizzando tool aziendali.

3. Qualità Dati & CRM Excellence:

Aggiornare Customer Master Data e relative attività in CRM con riferimento alle opportunità di vendita;
Verifica correttezza dei dati nei sistemi aziendali (data quality).

Requisiti e Competenze:

Comunicazione efficace, vendita e negoziazione;
Organizzazione, analisi e sensibilità commerciale;
CRM/ERP (Salesforce) e buona padronanza degli strumenti digitali;

Esperienza in ruoli commerciali/amministrativi;

Inglese intermedio.

Inquadramento:

Inserimento previsto con contratto CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria;
Retribuzione annua lorda a partire da € 35.000 con possibilità di incremento in funzione dell’esperienza e delle competenze maturate;
Il pacchetto retributivo è completato da premi variabili e benefit aziendali.
