This position reports to:

Manager Commercial Operations

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance/support to the internal and external customers. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by improving customer satisfaction.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the ELDS Taiwan. Main stakeholders are Sales Team, Commercial Support, SCM, and Logistics

You will be mainly accountable for:

Sales & Customer Administration: Provide administrative support for sales and customer-related activities, including but not limited to contract chop applications, customer master data maintenance, purchasing requisition uploads in SAP, material code creation in SAP, and payment applications.

Indirect Purchasing Support: Support indirect purchasing activities through Ariba by coordinating with the Operations team to ensure smooth and timely procurement processes.

Project & Logistics Support: Assist with project quotations and provide logistics-related support as required.

Division Activities Coordination: Support the planning and coordination of division activities, meetings, and events as needed.

Customer Experience & Collaboration: Foster positive experiences for internal and external customers through effective communication, cross-functional collaboration, and timely administrative support.

Qualifications for the role

Professional Experience: At least 5 years of relevant professional work experience, preferably in sales administration or a related field.
SAP Knowledge: Possess a good working knowledge of SAP and be familiar with its business processes.
Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
Language Skills: Proficient in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken forms.
