About The Job:

An opportunity has arisen for Security Officer to join Security at Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Monitors and manages the entrance onto the property of all personnel and restricts access to those unauthorized to do so and reports any such attempted breaches.
• To act upon any information received or incident witnessed to ensure the safety and security of all parties is maintained, and the protection of the asset is not compromised.
• Manage and execute responsibilities within the emergency operations plan.
• Conduct full Security and fire, life safety patrols of the property as directed and record and report all defects and irregularities through the correct channels.
• Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High School Certificate or equivalent with minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service-oriented role, security operations, police, or military environment.
• Valid SIRA Security License (or locally required security certification).
• Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain confidentiality, and handle emergencies effectively.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations and Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
