About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Relations Manager to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island. 

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: 

• Present a professional and engaging welcome to guests, ensuring a smooth arrival experience and consistent application of service standards.
• Collaborate with the Guest Relations Manager, Concierge, and F&B outlets to personalize guest experiences and recognize VIPs or guests requiring special attention.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication to management.
• Support the planning and coordination of guest events and bookings, ensuring every detail is seamlessly executed across departments.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the brand story, hotel offerings, and dining venues to confidently promote experiences and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Mentor and support Guest Relations colleagues through on-the-job training, leading by example and upholding high standards of presentation and service.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 

• 3-5 years of experience in a luxury Hotel. 
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or any other relevant field.
• Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate | Advanced).
• Problem solving.
• Leadership and team management skills.
