What the day will look like As a Senior Account Manager, you will be a key member of a team servicing the financial and insurance needs of a portfolio of captive insurance and reinsurance companies. Your day will involve a blend of hands‑on accounting, client interaction and leadership of more junior colleagues, ensuring high‑quality delivery across your portfolio. Responsibilities will include: Providing accounting services to a portfolio of captive insurance and reinsurance companies Preparing management financial statements and management reports Supervising Account Managers, assistant accountants and administrators, and providing a first review of their financial statements and work product Coordinating financial statement audits Preparing for and attending board meetings, presenting financial results and key information to executives Preparing financial forecasts and budgets Reviewing and authorizing payments Analyzing and making recommendations on complex financial transactions Participating in ad‑hoc projects as assigned Demonstrating a willingness and ability to travel, as required How this opportunity is different This is an opportunity to join a market‑leading captive management team within a truly global organization. You will manage a diverse portfolio of sophisticated captive insurance and reinsurance clients and have direct exposure to senior client executives and boards. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Aon’s Global Risk Consulting network – including specialists in risk, actuarial, insurance and reinsurance – while being supported locally by experienced Senior Account Managers, Account Managers and administrative professionals. The breadth of Aon’s client base and global footprint provides outstanding scope for learning, career progression and cross‑border collaboration, all while based in the world‑class business environment of Camana Bay. Skills and experience that will lead to success A professional accounting designation (CA, CPA, ACA or ACCA) is required Proven accounting/audit experience, preferably in captive insurance or reinsurance Proven ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines High level of organization and proficiency with MS Office applications Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Salary and benefits This role offers a salary in the range of USD 100,000 – USD 115,000 per annum.
