Gemeinsam mit unserem Digital Assurance Team unterstützt du führende Finanzdienstleister bei der Prüfung und Optimierung ihrer IT-gestützten Geschäftsprozesse. In einem internationalen und interdisziplinären Umfeld verbindest du Technologie, Datenanalyse und Audit-Know-how, um Risiken transparent zu machen und Innovationen voranzutreiben.

Dein Impact

Analysiere IT- und Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden hinsichtlich IT-Risiken, regulatorischer Anforderungen und Best Practices und unterstütze sie dabei, ihre Systemlandschaft und Prozesse effizienter zu gestalten.

Beurteile interne Kontrollsysteme, identifiziere Schwachstellen, entwickle fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen und begleite Kunden bei der Umsetzung risikomindernder Massnahmen.

Prüfe Digital-Asset-Verwahrlösungen sowie Transaktionen und Bestände auf unterschiedlichen Blockchain-Netzwerken.

Bewerte zukunftsorientierte Themen wie ESG Reporting, Cloud Governance, künstliche Intelligenz und weitere innovative Technologien.

Gestalte moderne Jahresabschlussprüfungen durch den Einsatz von Datenanalysen, Automatisierung, Python und KI-basierten Methoden aktiv mit.

Übernimm Verantwortung für Arbeitspakete oder Projekte, arbeite eng mit Kunden und internationalen Teams zusammen und unterstütze die fachliche Entwicklung von jüngeren Teammitgliedern.

Dein Skill Set

3-5 Busy Seasons Erfahrung im IT Audit, IT Consulting oder in der Prüfung IT-gestützter Geschäftsprozesse, idealerweise im Financial-Services-Umfeld.

Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe IT- und Geschäftsprozesse kritisch zu hinterfragen und praxisorientierte Lösungen zu entwickeln.

Erfahrung in Datenanalyse, Visualisierung und Automatisierung mit Tools wie Power BI, Alteryx, Python oder vergleichbaren Technologien.

Interesse an neuen Technologien wie Digital Assets, Blockchain, Cloud-Lösungen und künstlicher Intelligenz.

Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internationalen Teams.

Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Organisationsstärke und Lernbereitschaft sowie Motivation, relevante Weiterbildungen wie die CISA-Zertifizierung zu absolvieren.
