Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions.

Those in tax compliance at PwC will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations. You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance.

As a Senior Associate Full‑Stack Developer, you will play a hands‑on role in designing, building, and supporting enterprise‑grade digital solutions used across PwC’s Managed Services and internal platforms.

This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys end‑to‑end ownership: from writing clean, scalable code to seeing solutions deployed, used, and continuously improved. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders, contribute to architectural discussions, and guide junior developers while remaining deeply involved in day‑to‑day development.

You will gain exposure to enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and modern engineering practices, while continuing to grow your technical depth and professional maturity.

What you will do

  • Build and consume RESTful APIs, supporting multi‑tier and microservices‑based architectures.

  • Develop responsive and user‑friendly frontend components using frameworks such as Angular or React.

  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.

  • Participate in system design discussions, contributing to technical decisions and solution architecture.

  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, infrastructure, DevOps, and support teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

  • Provide L2/L3 application support, troubleshooting production issues and contributing to knowledge bases.

  • Review code and provide technical guidance to junior developers, helping to raise overall team quality.

  • Continuously learn and apply new technologies, including cloud services, automation, and emerging technologies such as GenAI.

What makes this role different

  • Opportunity to work on enterprise‑scale systems used by PwC professionals and clients.

  • Exposure to cloud‑native development, DevOps pipelines, and secure environments.

  • A balance of hands‑on development and mentoring, suitable for a Senior Associate stage.

  • Strong emphasis on learning, certification, and professional growth.

  • Infrastructure & Cloud Teams – Azure, DevOps, and security specialists.

  • Support & Operations Teams – managed services and application support functions.

  • Project & Engagement Leadership – project managers and delivery leads.

  • Junior Developers – Associates and interns you will guide and mentor.

  • multi-tiered architecture and object-oriented development environment.

  • Experience working with relational databases and familiarity with NoSQL concepts.

  • Solid understanding of RESTful web services and API integration.

  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English Language with confidence.

Adapt your resume

  • List these exact terms on your resume: Full Stack, REST APIs, Microservices, Application Support, and Code Review. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them. A tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
