Job Description

The HCP Advocacy and Senior Brand Manager will play a meaningful role in shaping how Beauty engages with healthcare professionals to build credibility, deepen trust, strengthen professional advocacy, and support consumer loyalty and business growth.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic, creative, and entrepreneurial marketer who is energized by building new capabilities, developing influential expert relationships, and bringing integrated programs to life across healthcare marketing, brand communications, experiential activation, professional trial, and expert engagement.

The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, turning ideas into programs that are compelling, credible, commercially relevant, and measurable. The role will support both Pan-Beauty priorities and OLAY-specific programs, with accountability for healthcare professional activations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and execute engaging Beauty activations at healthcare professional conferences, events, and community touchpoints, with clear goals for professional advocacy, user-generated content, scientific communication, and claims support.
  • Create high-quality education, trial, engagement, and loyalty programs that support healthcare professionals, Beauty priorities, and meaningful consumer learning.
  • Lead efficient patient and professional sampling programs that increase product experience and support trial.
  • Build and nurture expert partnership models that strengthen professional advocacy, elevate trusted voices, and support measurable brand objectives.
  • Grow strong, authentic relationships with key members of the healthcare professional community to expand advocacy, deepen engagement, and support Beauty priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Management, Analytics & Insights, Scientific Communications, Sales, Communications, Legal, Purchasing, and agency partners to deliver programs that are strategic, compliant, insight-driven, and operationally excellent.
  • Define clear KPIs, measurement plans, and learning agendas to understand impact, improve effectiveness, and identify opportunities to scale successful programs.
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, partners, and execution with strong stewardship and accountability.

The successful candidate will be a builder, connector, and strategic doer who enjoys creating something new and making it stronger over time. The candidate will bring structure to emerging opportunities, earn trust with healthcare professionals and internal partners, and help advance Beauty through credible expert engagement, strong professional relationships, and consumer-centered marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who wants to shape a growing capability area and make a visible impact across Beauty.

This role will report to the Senior Director, Beauty Scientific Communications & Healthcare Professional Marketing Team.

  • List these exact terms on your resume: Brand Management, Healthcare Marketing, Expert Engagement, Campaign Management, and Analytics Dashboards. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them. A tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
