We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Associate to help run an AI-native operating environment across people, AI agents, and cross-functional teams. This is a high-ownership business operations role for someone who combines strong business judgement with enough technical fluency. You will help turn AI-agent capabilities into reliable production workflows, keep teams aligned in real time, and ensure that AI-heavy processes have clear ownership, quality standards, handoffs, and escalation paths. The role sits at the intersection of business operations, product operations, technology, and digital assets. You will need to move quickly, communicate clearly, understand changing market context, and remain dependable when urgent internal issues arise.

Questions you could be asked
- How do you decide when an AI agent can act on its own versus asking for approval first?
- Tell me about a project where business operations was part of your work. What did you do?
- Tell me about a project where product operations was part of your work. What did you do?
- Tell me about a project where workflow optimization was part of your work. What did you do?

Adapt your resume
- List these exact terms on your resume: AI agents, Business Operations, Product Operations, Workflow Optimization, and Cross Functional Leadership. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
- Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them. A tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
- Show where AI is part of your daily process, not a one-off project. This role expects it to be a running habit.
