- Advise key advertisers on holistic media strategies, including audience strategy, bidding models, creative formats, attribution, and alpha/beta testing opportunities.
- Provide expert guidance on Pinterest ad products and features, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the product roadmap and clearly articulating value to clients; engage cross-functional partners to resolve product-related questions when needed.
- Use AI-driven tools and platforms to continuously monitor campaign health, identify growth opportunities, and flag potential issues early, ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience.
- Champion the adoption of new AI-powered solutions within the team and with clients, sharing best practices and learnings to drive better performance and operational efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
- 5 - 7 years of experience in digital advertising or media sales, managing high-value client relationships, leading strategic learning agendas, and owning end-to-end client communication. Experience with Greater China export advertisers is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of turning data into clear, persuasive stories and strategic recommendations that influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with experience orchestrating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across internal and client teams.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.
