Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.

In deal valuation at PwC, you will focus on providing analysis and valuation services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. You will help clients make informed decisions by assessing the worth and potential risks of various deals.

Realizar el trabajo de campo (cuando el caso lo aplique) en función del tipo de servicio que se va a prestar

Controlar la documentación en las bases de reposición de información (Save it) que detalle el trabajo realizado

Elaborar presupuesto de horas para cuantificar los honorarios de los servicios a prestarse

Coordinar con el área de Riesgos la revisión de independencia y compliance de los clientes previa a la entrega de una propuesta formal.

Mantener contacto con los clientes para efectuar el seguimiento de la facturación

Analizar los resultados obtenidos de la ejecución del trabajo en campo

Desarrollar productos financieros en función de las necesidades presentadas por los clientes

Minimum years experience required

3 a 4 años en funciones de Senior de Finanzas Corporativas: Valoración de Empresas y Due Dilligence

Formación superior en: Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Finanzas, Administración de empresas y Economía.
Plus: estudios de especialización o posgrados (Finanzas Corporativas, Dirección Financiera, Valoración)
