Amazon's Perfect Order Experience (POE) team works to ensure that buyers receive authentic products in the condition they are expecting. We design and implement policies, tools and technology innovations to protect the buying experience on Amazon while minimizing friction for sellers. Candidates will be responsible for a wide range of duties related to the identification, investigation and elimination of online risk while balancing for seller experience.

This role leads the Brand Protection (BP) team in China, from setting the vision to executing upon it, responsible for protecting intellectual property, reducing counterfeit defects, and improving the seller experience for China-based brands and third-party sellers across Amazon's worldwide marketplaces. The ideal self-driven candidate possesses superior business judgment, analytical thinking, and has a long history leading high performing teams.

Selling Partner Support (SPS) is responsible for creating a trustworthy shopping experience across Amazon stores worldwide by protecting customers, brands, selling partners and Amazon from fraud, counterfeit, and abuse as well as empowering, providing world‐class support, and building loyalty with Amazon’s millions of selling partners. Basic qualifications

- Experience in risk management, audit, legal, compliance or a related field including engaging with external stakeholders
- Experience in team management with 5 or more direct reports
- Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment
- Experience working within a global company, with multi-country responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred qualifications

- Experience with audit or risk program design, control environment process documentation, and control mapping
- Master's degree or equivalent
