Job Description:
The Role and Impact
As a Sr. Commodity Manager within the GMO Litho Materials Organization, you will drive Intel's supply chain excellence for Litho materials by optimizing cost, ensuring supply continuity, and enabling technology roadmap execution. You will shape sourcing strategies, build strategic supplier partnerships, and influence both commercial and technical decisions to strengthen Intel's competitive position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commodity strategies aligned with business objectives and advanced packaging roadmap
- Drive CQAT (Cost, Quality, Availability, Technology) optimization across Intel's Advanced Packaging supply chain
- Own strategic supplier relationships including sourcing, selection, performance management, and executive alignment
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and cost reduction roadmaps
- Translate product and technology requirements into supply chain and sourcing strategies
- Assess supplier capabilities, financial health, and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities
- Implement supply chain and sub-tier risk mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity
- Influence material specifications and design decisions in partnership with engineering and suppliers
- Shape Intel-supplier business models to deliver mutual long-term value
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Ops, TD, Finance, Planning, and Legal

This team plays a critical role in Intel's mission to deliver high-quality products and services efficiently and effectively to customers worldwide.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, with 6+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree in a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
4+ years of experience in the following:
- Contracting, negotiating, and supplier relationship management.
Supply chain fundamentals, market dynamics, and risk mitigation strategies. - Data analysis tools, such as Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
- Commodity management and program management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industries.
- Experience with material management
- Familiarity with Intel's purchasing policies and tools, such as Ariba.
- Proficiency in developing ROI models and cost analysis strategies.
- Leadership skills to drive results and manage ambiguity.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage diverse stakeholders.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $107,990.00-214,440.00 USD
