About the Team
Snorkel’s Enablement team serves all teams across our Data-as-a-Service business, from Go-to-Market through Delivery, as well as our ever-growing community of expert contributors. We are a small but mighty team focused on building and deploying empowering programs, engaging training, and knowledge governance. We operate cross-functionally as a team of business partners embedded within the teams we serve. We practice Agentic Enablement and incorporate AI thoughtfully across our work. While AI is a tool we use, the team relies on established best practices and learning theories to design and architect all of our programs.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Enablement Operations Manager to design, develop, and enhance the enablement infrastructure (e.g., tools, data systems, frameworks, content) and programs for Snorkel's Delivery Organization. In this role, you will create and implement initiatives that transform our high-capacity internal Delivery team members into certified, high-performing employees dedicated to delivering exceptional data sets. As the architect and builder of internal Delivery enablement, you will establish systematic programs to reduce time to productivity, enhance internal operating models, and create the infrastructure to empower our teams to drive high quality, speed, and efficiency across every data set delivered by Snorkel.
About You
You’re a builder who finds a messy, fast-growing operation and turns it into a system. You’ve spent your career making technical teams ramp faster and perform better. You don’t stop at the strategy deck. You build the frameworks, the playbooks, and the measurement behind them, and you can show with data that they worked. You’re comfortable in the ambiguity of a startup and can move between an executive conversation and a working session with a new team member without missing a beat.
Responsibilities
- Enablement Strategy & Roadmap: In collaboration with Delivery leadership and team members, build and expand our established roadmap with competency frameworks, certification programs, onboarding processes, and ongoing development for our rapidly growing Delivery Team.
- Manage Role-Specific Onboarding: Take over competency-based onboarding and certification programs, establish playbooks for standard operating procedures (Notion), and measure improvements in acceleration, quality, and efficiency in Snorkel’s Delivery organization.
- Drive Platform Adoption: Collaborate with Product Operations to align product launches with Delivery competencies through training programs and adoption measurement.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with DaaS leadership and Cross-functional partners for seamless program delivery, acting as the enablement program manager for Delivery across the board.
- Own Program Outcomes: Be accountable for every stage of the program from design through measurement and adoption. Building in a very truncated timeline, be agile in pivoting to manage successful outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years in enablement operations or program management, building scalable programs for a technical workforce
- Proven builder: Track record of designing AND implementing enablement programs from scratch—you don't just create strategy decks; you build the actual systems, frameworks, and measurement infrastructure
- Data-driven operator: Experience establishing analytics frameworks, building dashboards, conducting cohort analysis, and translating data into business narratives that prove ROI
- Strategic program manager: Expert at scoping initiatives, building business cases, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering complex projects in ambiguous startup environments
- Systems thinker: Demonstrated ability in selecting/implementing learning technology (LMS, assessment tools) and designing scalable operational processes
- Strong communicator: Able to influence without authority across all levels (executives to individual contributors) and adapt style for different audiences
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with data operations, quality assurance, annotation, or content moderation environments
- Background in competency-based training design or certification program development
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data annotation workflows, or crowdsourcing platforms
- Understanding of instructional design principles sufficient to partner effectively with learning professionals
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
- Relevant certifications (PMP, ATD, Change Management)
Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

- List these exact terms on your resume: AI Data Labeling, Enablement, Operations, Program Management, and Training. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
