Are you passionate about digital transformation in financial markets and excited by the opportunities created by digital assets and tokenization? Do you have experience in product management and a strong understanding of custody, securities services, or post-trade markets? Join us as a Senior Product Manager, Custody - Digital Domain and play a key role in shaping the future of our digital custody offering. You will define the product strategy and roadmap, develop innovative solutions across traditional and digital assets, and work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to turn market needs into scalable and commercially viable products.

What You Will Do

• Define and drive the digital custody product strategy and roadmap, covering digital assets, tokenization, digital client access, data, analytics, and integrated custody services.
• Develop and validate client-focused propositions by identifying market needs, conducting client discovery, and translating insights into product concepts, requirements, features, and MVPs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to implementation, working closely with Sales, Operations, IT, Architecture, Data & AI, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and other internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve scalability and client experience through APIs, automation, data, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows, while ensuring operational resilience and regulatory compliance.
• Drive the commercial development and lifecycle of the product by building business cases, supporting pricing decisions, monitoring adoption and profitability, and representing the digital custody proposition in client and industry discussions.

What You Bring

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in product management, digital assets, securities services, financial-market infrastructure, consulting, or a comparable field, including experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of custody, settlement, and asset servicing, ideally combined with practical knowledge of digital assets, tokenization, DLT-based infrastructures, digital money, or related post-trade models.
• Proven ability to translate strategy and client needs into product propositions, roadmaps, requirements, features, and measurable outcomes, ideally within an Agile delivery environment.
• Strong commercial and technology mindset, with experience or familiarity with business cases, pricing, APIs, digital channels, data products, analytics, and automation.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder-management, communication, and presentation skills, with fluent English; German is strongly preferred, and additional languages are an advantage
