Do you want to play a key role in shaping settlement solutions across domestic, T2S and European cross-border markets? We are looking for a Settlement Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, lifecycle and commercial direction of our settlement proposition. Combining deep settlement expertise with market, regulatory and competitive insight, you will turn evolving settlement cycles, infrastructure and client needs into clear product priorities, scalable solutions and measurable commercial outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of the settlement proposition across domestic, T2S and European cross-border markets
• Drive the commercial direction of the proposition, including pricing recommendations, client outcomes and measurable business performance
• Translate market, regulatory and infrastructure developments, including changes in settlement cycles, into clear product priorities and requirements
• Monitor client needs, market trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and develop scalable, competitive solutions
• Collaborate with Product Development and PM Solutions to turn product direction into market-ready solutions, while Delivery, Technology and Operations remain responsible for implementation and ongoing operations

What You Bring

• 7+ years of relevant experience in settlement, custody, securities services, financial-market infrastructure, product management, transaction banking or consulting, with strong exposure to European post-trade markets
• Deep practical knowledge of T2S, CSD/ICSD models, domestic and cross-border settlement, matching, fails and settlement processes
• Strong understanding of the European post-trade regulatory landscape, including CSDR, settlement discipline, shorter settlement cycles and relevant ECB/T2S and industry developments, with the ability to translate market and regulatory changes into product propositions, roadmaps and requirements
• Proven commercial and analytical capabilities, including competitor benchmarking, market opportunity assessment, business cases, pricing and portfolio decisions, supported by data such as settlement volumes, fail rates, efficiency indicators, revenue, margins and cost-to-serve
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence across a matrix organisation and engage with clients and market participants
• Fluent written and spoken English. German and Spanish are strongly preferred; additional European languages are an advantage
