As a Senior Program Manager in JP DSP Pricing team, you will develop and execute recommendations for pricing and rate cards for DSPs across Japan. This role will be responsible for pricing models that drive the cost structure for DSPs in Japan and recommend incentive strategies that deliver capacity growth and flexibility. You will partner with Program, Product, Operations, and Technology teams across Last Mile to deliver long-term scalable solutions and improve process efficiency. You will be deeply connected to the data, possess a high degree of ownership, and make excellent decisions.
A successful candidate will be highly analytical, be customer obsessed, able to overcome obstacles, and have excellent written and verbal communication. The candidate should be comfortable leading cross-functional business decisions, aligning partner teams, and recommend long-term solutions grounded in data. The ideal candidate will be someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, has attention to detail, comfortable with ambiguity, and a passion for data.

Key job responsibilities
- Leading strategic programs and initiatives that will drive our DSP Pricing program, shaping the way we support our delivery partners across Japan.
- Developing and improving processes and mechanisms that address challenges and enable us to scale our growing business.
- Partnering with WW product and technology teams to implement state-of-the-art pricing systems and integrations that support rapid growth and expansion.
- Reporting to senior leadership on key metrics and program updates, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks ensuring timelines are met, resource needs are understood. Effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal partners and senior leadership.

The Japan Last Mile DSP (Delivery Service Partner) Team is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations by enabling fast, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries. We partner with hundreds of DSPs nationwide to deliver millions of packages every week.
DSP Pricing function is responsible for developing and maintaining pricing structure, amount, and methodology. It is part of the rapidly growing organization which works to optimize our end-to-end relationships with the partners who deliver directly to our customers.
Basic qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
Preferred qualifications
- Master's degree or above in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience in Logistics, Distribution or Fulfillment processes
- Experience in deal management and pricing strategy, or financial consulting
