We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce AI Developer to join our team and help build a secure, scalable, and intelligent Salesforce platform. You’ll design and develop autonomous agents, reusable AI skills, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks - while enforcing the security architecture, trust layers, and observability practices that keep every agent interaction safe, auditable, and grounded in real business data.

Do you get excited about orchestrating multiple agents across business domains? If so, we’d love to hear from you! This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development — designing custom MCP servers, driving AI-client integration initiatives, and collaborating closely with AI Architects to build on Salesforce.com, Agentforce Studio, SIForce, Data 360, Headless 360, Slack Integration, and related technologies.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design, build, and deploy Agentforce Agents that leverage live CRM data - account planning, opportunity pipeline health, and quoting information - to assist our sales and operations teams in real time.
  • Architect multi-agent orchestration patterns using Agent Fabric, deploy specialized agents across business domains while leading handoffs, context passing, and fallback logic.
  • Design and develop custom MCP Servers, including OAuth 2.0 setup using Data 360 and Headless 360 to expose actions and agents to external AI clients.
  • Implement MCP observability practices including trace logging, scoped access controls, security testing and protocols such as Agentforce Testing Center, guardrails/prompt-injection testing, Einstein Trust Layer, Salesforce Code Analyzer (PMD) and CRUD/FLS.
  • Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems - APIs, Platform Events/CDC, custom connectors, web services.
  • Identify business requirements and convert business/functional specifications into detailed technical specifications for agent-driven solutions.
  • Provide platform and user support including onboarding and addressing issues related to AI client users. Partner closely with AI Architects and functional teams (Sales, Partner Programs, Enterprise Support, IT).

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field, verifiable by transcripts, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of experience architecting and developing full-stack solutions on Salesforce’s ecosystem.
  • Practical knowledge of multi-agent orchestration - agent chaining, context windowing, delegation, and conflict resolution across Agent Fabric.
  • Hands-on experience with general MCP or equivalent experience and API integrations (tailored MCP server environments, REST APIs, OAuth/PKCE), Python or JavaScript for scripting services or MCP servers.
  • Strong working knowledge of Headless 360 and Data 360 - exposing Salesforce actions, data, and agents as headless services consumable by non-Salesforce AI clients.
  • Demonstrable understanding of Salesforce Objects, Data Model, and security architecture.
  • Salesforce.com certifications (Agentforce Specialist, Data 360 Consultant highly valued)

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience building autonomous AI quoting agents that interact with Salesforce data to automate product configuration, pricing, and quote generation.
  • Familiarity with external MCP client frameworks (e.g., Claude Desktop, Cursor, or custom MCP clients) and integration with Salesforce Hosted MCP endpoints.
  • Background in prompt engineering, RAG patterns, or LLM-based application development.

Skills and AI tools this role asks for

Questions you could be asked

  1. How do you structure and test a prompt to get consistent output from a language model?
  2. How would you design a retrieval step so the model answers from real data instead of guessing?
  3. How do you decide when an AI agent can act on its own versus asking for approval first?
  4. What's a project where you used Claude hands-on?
  5. Walk me through how you've used Cursor in your day-to-day work.

Adapt your resume

  • List these exact terms on your resume: Prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, Claude, and Cursor. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them. A tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
  • Put the AI tool in a bullet point about what you did, not just in a skills list. This role treats it as a required part of the job.
