■Long-TermでのProcurement Strategyの立案・遂行
今後のドライバー不足に代表される今後の物流業界の課題を踏まえつつも、圧倒的なスピードで拡大するAmazonの輸配送ネットワークの拡大・進化を支えるため、既存の契約やプロセスの枠組みに囚われないProcurement Strategyを立案・遂行を担います。特に確実に、適正な価格・品質、柔軟性を保てる輸送キャパシティを作る為の仕組みや契約形態の検討、取引先選定の戦略策定を担います。
■Short-TermでのProcurement Planningの立案・遂行
上述のLong-TermでのStrategyに基づき、年間/各期毎に必要とされる輸送キャパシティを確実に確保する為の計画を立案し、Metrics及びActionを設定の上、進捗管理を行う。また、キャリア各社に対して、アマゾンの求める水準以上のパフォーマンスを発揮しているかといった品質、キャパシティ、コストの面から、各社からの見積を基に発注先の選定を通じて発注規模のコントロールなどを行う事で、確実性、価格競争力や柔軟性、及び品質を確保する。
■見積～発注管理プロセスの企画・改善
・Amazonの幹線輸送ネットワークは常に物量/配送先エリアも年々拡大し、一度拡大した後もお客様に対してより早く・より低コストでご利用頂ける様、常に幹線輸送ネットワークは見直しや変更が続いており、年間を通じて週単位で新規見積案件が発生します。Sr.Specialistには、データを用いて、メンバーがより効率的かつ透明性の高く適正価格の見積を取得・提案し、見積条件に沿った正しい発注が出来るよう、見積取得~発注管理プロセスの新規企画・改善業務を実施頂きます。
Amazonの成長に応じて最適なキャパシティを確保・マネジメントしてくためには、幹線輸送における様々な事象を数値化して分析し、課題に対して有効な施策を考え、スピード感を持って実施していくことが求められます。また、物流環境の変化やトレンドに対して常にアンテナを張り、キャリアと良好なリレーションを築きながら、柔軟な思考と長期的なビジョンを持って、Amazonの幹線輸送をともに形作っていける方を募集しています。

Basic qualifications
- 4年制大卒、またはそれに準ずる経験
- 中級以上のPCスキル（Word, Power Point, Excel(集計関数やピボットテーブルを使った分析) ）
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力
- 業界を問わず法人営業の経験、または情報分析などを通じた業務改善に携わった経験
- IT企業やコンサルティングファームにおける物流業界担当4年制大卒、またはそれに準ずる経験
Preferred qualifications
- 臨機応変に行動し、論理的に物事の判断ができる方
- マルチタスクに優れ、効率的に優先度を持って業務を遂行できる方
- 不透明な状況下で解決すべき課題を抽出し、論拠を持って解決に導いた経験
- SQL等を用いた定量的な分析力及び高いITリテラシー
- 海外部署などとの調整経験、またはビジネス会話レベルの英語力（目安：TOEIC 700点以上）
