Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team stellst Du sicher, dass Kundenaufträge pünktlich bearbeitet werden, setzt Leistungsstandards um und identifizierst Möglichkeiten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.

Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit anderen Führungskräften und Teams zusammen, um Herausforderungen zu lösen und die täglichen Betriebsabläufe zu optimieren.

Kein Tag gleicht dem anderen – Du bist direkt im operativen Geschehen, triffst Entscheidungen und entwickelst gleichzeitig Deine Mitarbeiter weiter.

Key job responsibilities
- Förderung einer Kultur der Sicherheit und des Wohlbefindens
- Analyse und Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen, um beständig hohe Qualität und Produktivität sowie das schichtübergreifende Einhalten aller Unternehmensziele sicherzustellen
- Unterstützung und Führung eines Teams sowie Erledigung administrativer Aufgaben
- Aufbau und Unterstützung einer starken Teamkultur
- Analyse der Leistung sowie Vorschläge für Prozessverbesserungen, um die Arbeitsabläufe und den Kundenservice zu optimieren
- Kollaboration mit anderen Manager:innen zur Standardisierung von Schichtprozessen

A day in the life
Du arbeitest in unterschiedlichen Schichten am Betriebsstandort DRP4 und stellst gemeinsam mit Deinem Team einen sicheren, effizienten und reibungslosen Betriebsablauf sicher.

Dein Fokus liegt auf der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards, der Prozessqualität und der Erreichung operativer Leistungsziele. Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören das tägliche Teammanagement, die Steuerung der Betriebsaktivitäten, der Umgang mit Eskalationen sowie die Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen und Notfallplanungen.

Als Teil des Betriebsteams arbeitest Du eng mit Kolleg, Führungskräften, technischen Teams und externen Partnern zusammen. Dabei analysierst Du Leistungskennzahlen, identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale und trägst aktiv dazu bei, unsere Kundenanforderungen und operativen Standards jederzeit zuverlässig zu erfüllen.

Basic qualifications

- Bachelor-Abschluss oder kurz vor Abschluss eines Bachelor-Studiengangs
- Fortgeschrittene Englisch- und Deutschkensenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Relevante Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Datenanaly

Preferred qualifications

- Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, einschließlich Kolleg:innen und Führungskräften
- Erfahrung in einer Logistikumgebung
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) im beruflichen Umfeld
