Champion full compliance with company procurement policies, educating and guiding internal stakeholders on correct procurement behaviours.

Performance & Continuous Improvement — Meet targeted Key Performance Indicators to deliver value across savings, financial metrics, sustainability, and compliance. Contribute to European-wide strategic initiatives such as tenders, cost optimisation, and process improvements. Provide functional skills training to fellow Site Procurement Managers.
