En PwC Argentina ayudamos a las organizaciones a generar confianza y resolver desafíos complejos a través de servicios de auditoría, consultoría, impuestos y tecnología, trabajando con clientes líderes a nivel local e internacional. Desde PwC, apoyamos esa misión diseñando, operando y evolucionando soluciones tecnológicas críticas que impactan directamente en el negocio.

¿Qué hace este rol?

Es el referente técnico de ServiceNow dentro del equipo de producto. Su foco está en diseñar soluciones que conecten los requerimientos del negocio con las capacidades de la plataforma, minimizando customizaciones y maximizando el uso del producto estándar.

Responsabilidades principales:

Diseñar soluciones técnicas alineadas al negocio.
Gestionar el roadmap del producto y definir nuevas funcionalidades.
Traducir requerimientos en user stories y especificaciones técnicas.
Ser el SME (Subject Matter Expert) de uno o más módulos de ServiceNow.
Guiar a equipos de desarrollo y clientes en el uso correcto de la plataforma.

Perfil buscado:

6+ años de experiencia como implementador o arquitecto de ServiceNow.
Certificaciones relevantes (idealmente Certified Technical Architect).
Experiencia en metodologías Agile y ciclo de vida de desarrollo de software.
Graduado de la Licenciatura en IT o similar
Inglés avanzado
