Key job responsibilities
• End-to-end ownership of their deliverables with optimum quality and adherence to timelines (SLA).
• Communication with Internal Stakeholders within the CPT as well as larger WHS Organization.
• Develop and/or understand performance metrics to assist with driving business results.
• Scope out business and functional requirements for the CPT who create and enhance the WHS programs.
• Systematically escalate problems or variance in the information and data to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered.
• Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed.
About the team
Workplace Health and Safety Central Programs Team - India (WHS CPT-IN) partners with business & program teams from WW WHS to roll out safety programs globally and to ensure that Amazon provides a safe and healthy workplace to our associates, contractors, field teams, and partners. CPT-IN specializes in subject matter expertise and program management.
Basic qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environment-related field or Engineering
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with AI/ML technologies
- Experience in data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent
- Experience solving complex problems quantitatively and developing actionable data-driven business recommendations
