Das Amazon Reliability Maintenance and Engineering team hält unsere technische Ausrüstung am laufen, von Druckern bis vollautomatischen Sortiersystemen. Du wirst bei der Instandhaltung unserer automatisierten Systeme im Logistikzentrum helfen, indem du die Fehlersuche, Prozessverbesserung, Inbetriebnahme und Kommissionierung unserer Anlagen betreust.

Neben den täglichen Aufgaben wirst du an lokalen und nationalen bis zu internationalen Projekten arbeiten. Du wirst als ein zentraler Bestandteil eines hochqualifizierten Teams außergewöhnliche Ergebnisse hervorbringen und dabei immer auf der Suche nach weiteren Verbesserungen sein

Key job responsibilities
- Fehlersuche in PLC Code und komplexen Feldbus IO und SCADA-Systemen

- Warehouse Control Systems und Telegrams verstehen

- Fehlersuche an elektrischen Controlpanels

- Arbeit mit Schichtteams von TechnikerInnen, Übernahme der Leitung beim Lösen von Problemen und Verbesserungen an den automatischen Systemen

- Leitung des Teams von Automation Engineers am Standort in allen fachlichen Belangen

- Reporting und Verbesserung von zentralen Kennzahlen für Verfügbarkeit und Qualität am Standort

- Übernahme einer Expertenrolle in einer der Automationslösungen im Amazon Netzwerk

Basic qualifications

- Erfahrung in PLC Programmierung und Implementierung mit einer der folgenden Technologien: Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley, Modicon, Momentum, AutomationDirect, Mitsubishi, Omron, Aromat, Toshiba, etc.
- Erfahrung mit SQL, Linux, Cloud Technology and IP Networking
- Projektmanagement, Organisation und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Schrift und Wort
- Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten mit geringer Anleitung
- Arbeiten in einer schnellebigen, wachsenden Organisation mit gelegentlicher Reisebereitschaft

Preferred qualifications

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Fachbereich (BSc in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering oder ähnlich)
- Erfahrung mit Unix/Linux/Cygwin/Window
- Erfahrung mit industriellen Kommunikationsprotokollen wie ProfiBus, ProfiNet, Ethernet IP. Bewiesene Fähigkeit zur Fehlersuche und -lösung solcher Systeme
- Erfahrung mit Change Management Prozessen
- Erfahrung mit TCP Networking
- Erfahrung mit Barcode-lese-Technologie
- Erfahrung beim Lesen, Updaten und Bearbeiten von elektrischen Schaltdiagrammen und Dokumentation, sowie SOPs
- Erfahrung bei der Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen
- Kenntnis von und Erfahrung mit Maschinensicherheitsrichtlinien
- Starke Kommunikationsskills und gute Fähigkeiten in der MS Office Suite
- Erfahrung im Trainieren von anderen in Steuerungssystemen
